Getting Started
Every month 'The 3rd Dimension - The Changing Shape Of Geometry', will be updated with fresh content and tutorials to guide you through using the Cabri 3d software application for geometry.
The 3rd Dimension will be updated on a 'monthly issue' basis with new content in each month's 'issue'.
You will be able to access the current and any previous issues via the left hand menu bar, under the title 'monthly tutorials'.

Cabri Files
In order to complete the various tutorials you will need to have the Cabri 3d application installed on your local machine (the computer you are using at the time.) This will allow you to download and use all relevant ' 
cabri.cg3 files' and also enable your web browser (Microsoft I.E., Mozilla etc) to display interactive cabri previews on the tutorial web pages as part of the page's content, which you will be able to manipulate in real time within the actual page as you work through the lessons.
Cabri 3d is available to download for free as a demo version in both PC and MAC format from the companies webpage:

...And How To Find And Use Them
Relevant Cabri files will be indicated throughout the tutorials by a cabri icon ( ) and a cabri filename ending with the extension '.cg3'.
Simply click the filename to download.
You will also be able to choose to download any of the files used in an issue by selecting them from a download menu on the right hand part of the page. *You can save time by downloading a zip file ( 
) containing all cabri files needed for the current tutorial in one download.
In addition to the above, there is a dedicated 3rd Dimension Downloads page (see link on top menu of this page) which will go to contain ALL downloads available throughout the entire 3rd Dimension site.
Download Example:
1. Click the filename above, then 'save' and choose a location to store the downloaded file.
2. Open Cabri 3d, choose 'open' from the file menu, navigate to the location to which you download the 'Trials.cg3' and click ok.
